You can also choose from a vast variety of free themes and plugins to make your blog appealing to the eye and capable of multi functions.

Write a couple of articles or using other people’s articles, and placing ads or promote affiliate programs on your blogs are easy to implement. Just get an Adsense or Yahoo Publisher Network account, join a couple of affiliate programs, copy and paste the code at your desired places through the theme editing interface and you are done.

The next step will be getting traffic to your blog, and lots of it! You can get backlinks through lots of methods like commenting on other peoples’ blog posts, put your link in forum signatures, or even purchase links from high Page Rank websites or blogs. Now relax and wait for visitors and sales.

Not much? Only one dollar per day from your blog? “I could make one hundred blogs like this so I’ll make $100 a day”, you might think. Yes, you can repeat the above process a hundred times but you will never make that one hundred dollar on a single day.

Because the search engines, as well as human visitors, don’t like splogs like these. They will be ignored by the search engines soon if they got indexed at all. Traffic is never sustainable for blogs using other people’s posts because of Google’s duplicate content penalty.

Write your own posts, provide quality info, let your readers know your own opinion on certain topics, and only concentrate on 1, 2, or maximum 3 blogs. That way you will make that one hundred dollar per day and have fun during the process. In order to make money from blogs, you must provide helpful information first. Believe me, it’s much easier to make money blogging from 1 or two quality blogs than from one hundred spammy blogs!
